New York electronic producer ASTOR drops his latest single ‘Stars’ today, September 5, 2025, through his own ASTOR Records. With more than 3.2 million streams under his belt, he’s built a solid rep opening for big names like Nicky Romero, Hardwell, Sam Feldt, Loud Luxury, and Julian Jordan at spots such as NOTO in Philadelphia and The Summer Club in New York City. His earlier tracks like ‘Poison’ got shoutouts from outlets including Magnetic Magazine, NOTION, and YourEDM, while ‘Fly Alone’ and ‘Storm’ kicked off his rise in 2024, followed by ‘Holding Tight’ this year on Revealed Radar, a branch of Hardwell‘s Revealed Recordings. Drawing from a finance and political analysis background, ASTOR shifted gears during the pandemic, channeling influences from Martin Garrix, Alesso, Third Party, DubVision, Avicii, and Swedish House Mafia into EDM that mixes progressive house’s emotional layers with big room and electro house’s punchy drive. His work has caught eyes from We Rave You and EDM Nomad for that festival-ready vibe paired with melodic depth.

‘Stars’ ramps up ASTOR‘s streak, pushing his dramatic style into more personal, stirring ground that’s primed for mainstage sets. The track layers bold synths over a captivating melody with detailed production, backing strong vocals that explore risking it all for someone close. It echoes the accessible appeal of Martin Garrix, Lost Frequencies, and Avicii, blending vulnerability with high-energy drops that hit hard in EDM spaces.

ASTOR‘s journey to production started unconventionally, trading desk life for beats amid lockdown restrictions. ASTOR shared: “Stars brought me back to the sound that first made me fall in love with dance music — soaring, euphoric builds balanced with raw, emotional breaks that let the crowd lose themselves in the moment. That kind of roller coaster ride is something I love to create in not only my individual tracks but also my sets.”
