Korolova and Moonwalk unleashes new banger ‘Prometheus’
Ukrainian star and Spectrum newcomer Korolova links up with Italian duo Moonwalk on new single, ‘Prometheus’, out now.
‘Prometheus’ has been shaking clubs and festivals all summer, becoming a standout staple in Spectrum label head Joris Voorn’s DJ sets. Dripping with epic, cinematic grandeur, two sweeping synths collide, oozing with melodic depth and electronic warmth. ‘Prometheus’ is primed to become winter’s ultimate club heater.
On the choice collaboration, Korolova says: “It was a pleasure working with Moonwalk on this track. We immediately clicked musically and ‘Prometheus’ was born. I’m super excited for the world to hear it and dance to it.”
In three years, Ukrainian producer/DJ Korolova has established herself as one of the key artists to watch in melodic techno. Her captivating DJ sets are in demand globally, with her having played over 100 shows across 50 countries this year alone. She sports a massive 170 million YouTube views, 70 million streams, including ‘Be Strong’ (32M streams) and placed #60 in this year’s DJ Mag Top 100 DJs list. If that’s not enough, she also sold out her Captive Soul show at KOKO in London, played Tomorrowland’s coveted mainstage, and has supported the likes of David Guetta, Armin Van Buuren, Above & Beyond and many more.
Milan-based Neapolitan producer/DJ duo Moonwalk, made up of Dario Vizioli & Mauro Morabello Morabito, return to Spectrum for the second time with ‘Prometheus’. These two, since 2012, have made a real global impact on the techno sound with early releases like ‘Domino’ on Definition, ‘Phenomena’ on Stil Vor Talent, and ‘Eclipse’ on Kittball, landing Top 10 features in Beatport’s Deep House and Tech House charts.
